Judge Jeffery Foster ruled Wednesday that Andrew Brown Jr.'s family will be allowed to view additional footage of his death that they have not yet seen but that footage cannot be released to the public for at least 30 to 45 days. Brown was shot five times, including once in the back of his head, by deputies serving warrants at his home in Elizabeth City, N.C., last week, an independent autopsy commissioned by his family and released Tuesday showed.
