Hmm that's gonna be hard due to the cultural diversity of the ethnic and race in indonesia but regarding the equality I say so, the woman here can join whatever job they want and no one gonna bat an eye as long they can do that job professionally though they mostly tend to work in non hard labor job and have protection against sexual harassment and domestic violence and violence in general even get better treatment than male here including maternity leave.

Though lately there some extremist female activist that actually want to lost their right due to their religion teaching.
